Terms & Conditions

Spitfire Music Pty Ltd ("we", "our", "us") (ABN: 25 102 366 414) is the authorised online ticketing agent for the event on behalf of the promoter, (the "Event" and the "Promoter" respectively). Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase:

  1. Ticket prices are inclusive of GST and incur a booking fee. We accept Mastercard, VISA and AMEX, and where possible PayPal. All tickets are priced in Australian dollars.
  2. Once your purchase has been approved, we will send an email to your nominated email address confirming your purchase.
  3. You may receive your tickets in one of several ways, "Collect at event", "Registered Post", "print @ home" or "SMS-Tix". These options are set by the Promoter for any given Event.
  4. If you select "collect at event", we will advise the Promoter of your booking, and request that your tickets are available for collection at the venue on the date of the Event, at the time of Event commencement. In order to receive your tickets, you must sign for them, show the credit card that you used to purchase them OR show proof of your age/photo ID. You are the only person who can collect tickets that you have purchased with your credit card. Other people for whom you may purchase tickets with your credit card cannot collect them. We suggest that if you purchase tickets for other people, they should arrive with you at the Event so that you can hand out the tickets immediately on collection.
  5. If you select "registered post", we will send your tickets to your nominated postal address by the registered post service of Australia Post prior to the Event. This option may be selected at any time prior to 7 days before the Event, after which, this option is not available. We will send an email to your nominated email address confirming that the tickets have been posted. Under this system you are able to distribute tickets to your friends prior to the event and therefore do not have to arrive together at the Event. Tickets sent registered post must be signed for at the time of receipt by the purchaser. If you are not at home when tickets are delivered, you will need to collect from your local post office within 5 days of the original delivery date. Difrnt Music will not be responsible for, nor replace, tickets not correctly delivered by Australia Post, or tickets uncollected by the customer.
  6. If you select "print @ home" you will be emailed a confirmation with an attachment for each ticket you purchased. Print each attachment and ensure each person you bought a ticket for receives one. Your print-outs will be scanned at the Event; your photo ID checked and you will be permitted entry for the number of tickets you purchased. Each attachment is valid for one entry only. The Promoter may require you to enter the name and date of birth of each person you are buying a ticket for. If this is required, please ensure you are supplying the information exactly as it appears on the ticketholder's photo ID.
  7. If you select "SMS-Tix" you will receive an SMS to your nominated mobile phone number. The SMS indicates how many tickets you purchased. At the Event, present your phone with the SMS on screen to be scanned for entry. You will be required to display photo ID matching the name of the person purchasing the tickets. You will be permitted entry for the number of tickets you purchased so please ensure your guests arrive with you.
  8. Unless expressly provided otherwise by the Promoter, and subject to the operation of law, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Any refund or transfer is the sole responsibility of the Promoter.
  9. The Promoter and/or the venue may reserve the right of admission to the Event. Dress regulations may apply. Admission to all Events is limited to those over the age of 18 years unless otherwise specified. Please check with the venue prior to the Event.
  10. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  11. The right is reserved to not replace tickets where seating is not allocated (eg: general admission tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or not received in the mail). In instances where tickets are replaceable, the right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
  12. If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect, or a ticket sold prior to scheduled on-sale date, or a ticket incorrectly released for sale, then Difrnt Music will have the right to cancel that ticket and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether the error was human or a due to transactional malfunction of this web site or other ticketing system.
  13. You agree that you may be contacted and asked to verify additional credit card holder details for security and anti-fraud purposes. If you do not wish to provide additional credit card holder details, your ticket will be cancelled and you will be offered a full refund.
  14. All information that we collect from you when you purchase a ticket is used only for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations under this agreement. Such information is subject to the terms of our privacy policy. That policy is available for you to read here.

  16. If any part of this deed is held invalid, that part shall be severed from this deed and the remainder of the agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable.
